Multi-dimensional material performance evaluation: Conduct actual measurement of bending limit and tensile strength for enameled wires of different insulation grades to ensure the deep adaptation of process parameters and wire characteristics.


Automatic closed-loop parameter simulation: With the help of the self-developed "automatic coil control system", we can preset the tension fluctuation compensation and speed curve during the proofing stage, and record the winding trajectory data in real time. This means that we produce not only finished samples, but also a set of mature parametric models that can be directly imported into mass production equipment.


Digital quality control report: A detailed technical report is included with the sample, covering two-dimensional precision dimensional measurement, microscopic paint film integrity testing, and comparative analysis of effective groove full rate, providing solid data support for customers' solution review.
